When Peru invaded Ecuador in 1941, there was no international reactions against the invasion. I understand that the world was engulfed in total war, so the resultant outcome of some far away place as Ecuador is unimportant. I want to know what can be done now by the same countries who favored the taking of large portions of land by an agressor nation?
