some suggestions

Hi,
I'm new here, but I guess you would know that already. Anyway, I like this forum in that it facilitates communication between people from around the globe, but in particular with other ecuadorians, which is hard to find anywhere else. However, I think that maybe if you spiced it up a little you might have more people interested in becoming members. For instance, why not have a section for photos? It's always fun to share pics, even and especially with people you don't know. Also, maybe you could arrange for some kind of gathering of the members to occur sometime in the future, like perhaps a party or something...I know that this sounds like too much to ask from a new member, but hey, suggestions and opinions are what discussion boards are for anyway. Finally, what we get to see on people's profiles isn't much considering what we fill out...I know this information seems confidential but we're all going to find out where everyone is from anyway so why not just have that and birthdate show up on people's profiles...or at least announce when it is someone's birthday...just a thought. Well, there you have it, take it and use it for what it's worth.

Well that was a really sweet thing to say...I'm sure you're totally cool too. By the way, I am Ecuadorian...I was born in Portoviejo, Manabi and came to the states at the ripe old age of 3. How about you? Are you Ecuadorian, if so from where in Ecuador? As for what I like to do - I LOVE dancing!!! Especially to spanish music. In fact, they are holding try-outs to become a copa girl at Copa Cabana, but I had to work...yup, I decided to work on Good Friday of all days. Oh well, maybe next time. Besides that I love to travel, though I haven't done much. I recently visited the Dominican Republic and I had a blast there, what made it even better was that due to the storm in NY there weren't any flights coming into JFK, so we had to got oPuerto Rico...darn...yeah right...we enjoyed out time there too even though it was just for one day. It was either we go to Puerto Rico or Miami, but we were there last year, so we decided to give Puerto Rico a try. Anyway, that's enough about me, tell me more about yourself.
