Hello! My husband spent a couple of years in Guayaquil as a child and remembers a rice pudding that he used to purchase from a street vendor called morrocho. He thinks it may have cardamom in it...Does anyone know of a recipe? I have several Ecuadorian and other South American cookbooks, and have been to countless websites and can't find it anywhere! I would also love any other authentic recipes anyone can help with!
