Naranjillas in the US?

Does anyone know of somewhere that I can get naranjillas in the US? I'm in Oregon. I found seeds and they won't grow here, but if there's a way to get the pulp, I'd love to make naranjilla juice again. I really, really miss it!

The only place I found them was in New York they come in a can or frozen pulp.
