New in Quito

Hi to you all, Im moving in a month to Quito, I have been there just for vacations now that Im going to live there I want to find a few things:
1. Im swimmer, do you know a good pool where I can go and practice or swimming team, Im 27 so it cant be for kids.
2. A good and nice gym?
3. Great places where I can make friends.
4. Nice places to eat.
