Hi! I recently got married to an Ecuadorian from Guayaquil. I would like to know if someone might have any good Ecuadorian recipes for me. I want to be able to show off when I go to Ecuador.

Need lots of help,
Thanks,

Hi Muneca,

If you still need recipes, send me an e-mail. Also, tell me what part of Ecuador is he from. There is a difference if he is from La Costa or La Sierra.

Congratulations and Happy New Year.

Post ME TOO!

To all the people who responded to Muņeca, would you mind sending me recipes from Ecuador too. My partner is also from Guayaqil and even though he loves my cooking, it would be fantastic if I could prepare a typical home cooked meal from Guayaquil.. you know what they say, the way to a man's heart is through his stomach!!
Many thanks from Sydney, Australia!!

Cool Ecuador Recipes

I would be interested in some Cerviche Recipes as well as fruit drinks. Can Manzana be found in US?

While I was in Ecuador, I had some delicious white meat fish in Guayaquil. Any idea what it might be? It was the best I have ever tasted.

Our son was there for two years and I would like to cook some recipes for him that he loved. Is there somewhere where Maiz Tostadas can be purchased?

Thank you, Mamacita
