DOES ANYONE HAVE A RECIPE FOR ECUADORIAN TURKEY. IT IS MARINATED FOR SEVERAL DAYS IN THE FRIDGE AND IT IS BROWN FROM THE INSIDE OUT .IT KIND OF TASTES LIKE ROAST PORK . I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR THE RECIPE FOR YEARS THANKS

damn my moma makes that one but i know its marinates in Orange juice and then its corvered with garlic mush stuff and bacon is put in it and around it....
lol sorry I couldn;t be much help but its too late to get it now!
