Hi everyone

I'm in desperate need of an easy fun recipe for my son Jon to make and share with his 30 classmates. Like some of you other searchers it is hard to find good Ecuadorian recipes that the kids will like. I don't think they would like our traditional Ceviche or Ginea Pig.
