I am a Spanish teacher in the US. My students and I are currently studying Ecuador, and would like to make an authentic Ecuadoran dish. I need a simple recipe for any type of food to cook at school with my students. MUCHAS GRACIAS!

Hello!

I might be able to help you with a simple and delicious Ecuadorian dish. It't called llapingacho. Just go to http://members.aol.com/chefesito/llapi.html and you will find the recipe. Hope your students and you like this.
