Thinking of Moving to Cuenca

I am 63 and wife is 62. My job at US Cellular is being outsourced come end of March 2011. With jobs being scarce and already drawing Soc Sec for half the year, plus the number that was done to our 401 K, cannot afford to retire and stay here. Looking for some fellow Americanos who have expatriated to Cuenca to corespond and get to know on line. We will likely be going to Cuenca for a scouting trip next April or May. My wife is latin and can speak some Spanish. I am going to invest in Rosetta Stone soon so when we do go in April or May I will be able to habla more than muy poquito. It is always difficult to move away from family but even more so when you do not know anyone at all there. So, please get in touch with us. My e mail address is EldonEdwards@ymail.com
