Spanish and Quechua in December

Hi,
I'm going to Ecuador at the end of November. I wanna stay there for couple of months. For the first month I'm looking for someone who can teach me Spanish and Quechua language.
It must be somewhere out of big cities, I don't like cities.

Anyone has some contacts there?
