My class is studying Christmas around the world. We would appreciate it if you could give us information about your country's traditions, holiday food recipes, decorations made and information about how the holiday is celebrated. Thank you.

Hi,My name is Jennifer everyone has their own way to celebrate christmas, the most common food that almost all Ecuadorians prepare is Ceviche, torta de piscado and enpanadas. Well that is the food that my family prepares. I live in New York and I was born here so I really couldn't tell u how they celebrate christmas in Ecuador but I hope that the three things that I have listed will help u just a little bit.
