Hi,

Any advice or information would be much appreciated.

Are there universities or colleges in Ecuador that teach in English? I am a psychologist (academic not clinical) in England, but I would like to work and live in Ecuador. Are there possibly other opportunities? I can speak a little Spanish and would hope to become fluent while in Ecuador. However, I could not teach in Spanish.

Yes, it is possible to teach at university level, in English, in Ecuador. Since posting in 2009, I have relocated to Ecuador and teach psychology (in English) part time at Universidad San Francisco de Quito.
