I need help to set up an English Center in my city

I need sponsors from an english speaking country whom are interesting in give me finantial help to set up and maintain an English Center in my city, such center will give classes with low cost to non-english speakers and will help to english speakers to improve their english. I was thinking in setting an exchange with people from an english speaker country who want to give classes in our center. I will provide hosting and money for the expenses and in exchange they will help us with classes.

I really would like to know more about your project. I'm interested in it, because I would like to do voluntary work in Ecuador. I'm a girl from 22 years old and I'm from Holland. I'm going to Ecuador in february, first doing a spanish course of 1 month and then I want to do voluntary work for about 4 or 5 months.
Could you tell me more and also where your project is?
