Accomodation
Hello there!
I am willing to offer accomodation with no major trouble at all. My home is located in the south of Guayaquil. 5 min walk to the nearest "metro via" stop. All the facilities required for a comfortable and decent stay throughout Xmas and New Year. PM back if still interested. Should you have any additional questions, don't hesitate to contact me via email: xavierbravo84@yahoo.ie or by phone: +79261414876 (Moscow, Russia). I currently live in Moscow, Russia and my family members in Guayaquil, Ecuador. Kind regards, |

Observations: 1. USD 10-20 per night is actually the price for accomodation in HOSTELS, not HOTELS. Those prices are per person per night in DORMITORIES, i.e. in a 18-25 sq. m. room shared by more than 6 people. You can actually find a room for 2 in such hoStels, but the rates then vary between USD 30-45 per person per night. One little detail you dismissed in this equation is the rates for high seasons such as Xmas and New Year are in fact HIGHER... So, don't expect those rates you found in hoStels to get any lower during holidays. 2. Yet again and as you stated, the safety matter is quite a relevant issue to bear in mind in Guayaquil, particularly in Xmas. Taking my observations into consideration, I've already figured out all the possible pros and cons you could possibly come up with when the time comes to making a decision on where to stay. My offer actually includes several options for you: 1. USD 20 per person per night in a private 3-bedroom HOUSE, not HOSTEL nor HOTEL room. 2. USD 18 per person per night on the 2nd floor (2 bedrooms) of my family's HOUSE. These rates include the rental price of a small cottage in Imbabura where you can stay in case you are interested in visiting the Imbabura lakes and waterfalls and the Otavalo fair. Along the way, you can make a stopover in Quito and visit some of its places of interest for tourists. Sounds good? |

Hi Rolling Stone,
Is your offer good for anyone, or just LopezPrtrcmm? Someone else is looking for a place in Guayaquil for immediate use for 1 month. So you're in Russia? Are you Russian? Are you Ecuadorian? To LopezPrtrcmm: Puerto Lopez is a city between Salinas and Manta, on the coast. |
