Fritadas Amazonas. Atuntaqui. Traditional dish from Ecuador.

Trying to taste this traditional dish, at Fritadas Amazonas, in Atuntaqui, Northern Ecuador, it's a difficult task. Long queues in a croudy restaurant, you wouldn't see that even in McDonald's anywhere in the world. It's worth the pain though. Really nice food based on pork meet, cooked corn and potatoes.
