Hacia Democracy 2011

Throughout its seventeen-year history, HACIA has welcomed students from across Central and South America, the Caribbean, USA, Canada, Mexico and even China. In 2005, HACIA left Central America for the first time, as the Board of Directors moved the conference to Mexico. In 2011, HACIA goes to South America for the first time, in Quito, Ecuador.
