JUST FOR THE RECORD> During the dry season this house is unlivable due to the dust the constant traffic kicks up. Land is probably no more than 1/8 of an acre and possibly 1/16th of an acre. As for the paved road: it has been a political offering since 1980. Many politicians have been elected because of the false road promise- and I suspect many more will use the road in the future to get themselves elected. There is no phone or internet in the area by the way. THESE ARE FACTS. One more bit of advise: Be weary of realtors that don's speak the language
