While staying in Otavalo to learn Spanish, we ventured into the market with our friendly hosts for ingredients. Our plan was to cook a traditional Sunday dinner as a thank you. But soon we realised that Ecuador markets don't sell Broccoli and we forgot how to make Yorkshire pudding! Happy travelling, Alistair
