100-acre Farm Upstream on Rio Apuela -- Building Site [02:13]
This is a 100-acre farm about five miles upstream up the Rio Apuela from the town of Apuela. It has perhaps 10 or so acres of level usable land and a small stretch of beautiful riverfront, with the balance in hillside behind it. There is no car access to the property, and the road in is rough. There is a barn, but no house. This farm is contiguous to another 125-acre farm (see other two videos). Price: $40K

Apuela Chicken Farm [03:49]
This is a fully developed "chicken farm" on what could be a beautiful 2.5-acre riverfront setting near Apuela. There is a nice little house, a huge functional chickenhouse (which is also the major problem with the place), outbuildings, and dozens of coffee trees. The river frontage is nice, but they just widened the road that runs along it, so now there is a road between the house and river. This is the river frontage on a 50-acre parcel just outside of Apuela, adjacent to the 95-acre parcel featured in the other videos. It is a fairly easy walk down to this point, and there is a whole other area of level riverfront a few minutes' walk downstream from here.
