Mindo is a rural parish in Ecuador, located in the Los Bancos canton in the province of Pichincha. The parish is known for its growing eco tourism industry based in the Mindo-Nambillo Protected Forest. The cable car ride was $5. So, a minute in the air was equal to $5.
