This video starts out at the base of the mountains.. close to sea level, with all the rainforest and fog. Its a brand new highway, and its great. Some parts are still under construction. It ends at the very top of the Andes mountains, the summit of the road is at 4200 M (13799 ft) inside a national park called "Cajas" in Ecuador

See the sun rise, the sun set and 180 degrees of ocean view all day long. This property is one of the best locations in quiet Ancon, Ecuador.
