Bob Marley's "Redemption Song" performed by locals in Banos, Ecuador [03:06]
While traveling with some new friends I met in Ecuador, we ended up visiting a town in the mountains called Banos. After walking through the towns main square, we wandered down a dirt trail that stemmed from a walkway and twisted its way down the side of a mountain. After some twists and descent , we saw some guys sprawled out on the grass of a flat landing area. Their instruments were lying next to them. After sharing some conversation, carrots and song, two of the guys performed this version of "Redemption Song." Warm sun. Waterfalls. Mountains carving into the blue sky. Music.

Pucara Old Man Lot.avi [01:38]
This is a view lot of approx. 2.5 acres. The old man says he wants $10K for it, but I think it could be bought for less. There is power, public water, and road right to the property. Drawbacks: the loud chickens next door, and the fact that the quiet dirt road running past your property will be a paved highway (and all that entails) in a year or so (which will, of course, double your property value in one day once it is built).
