I wrote this song while working in a health education program for over 500000, impoverished people in a ghetto called, "El Suburbio" in Guayaquil, Ecuador. * I shot the footage used for this music video with analog equipment back in 1989.

APR Energy is committed to the development of the communities in which we operate. Our aim is to build a close relationship with the residents of those communities in order to better understand and provide for their needs. Our projects are primarily focused on health and education, and most often take place in the neighborhoods surrounding our power plant sites. This video highlights a few of our 2011 initiatives in Haiti, Peru, Ecuador, Costa Rica and Botswana.
