We took a horse ride up the volcano plains of Ecuador, near the volcanoes of Cotopaxi and Rumiñahui on the Western Cordillera. We were told that we will run into bulls that are very territorial and if we were chased by them, take your horse uphill...bulls are slower than horses going uphill
