Our trip to Baños, Ecuador. Lovely small city with perfect weather! Great outdoor activities. We did not eat cuy (guinea pigs) nor had/have any desire/intensions to do so. It is just not part of our gastronomy :)

Otavalo, Ecuador: Adios Tommy [15:22]
This video is NOT for the squemish. Most campesinos raise pigs, for resale or for the fiesta. I personally fed my little Tommy the best fruit and vegetable peels, restaurant leftovers and home made "agua sucia" treats. After five months, the day arrived to prepare Tommy for our own culinery pleasures. Adios Tommy.......
