Peace Corps 30-Second Summary [00:37]
As I return from the Peace Corps, I am being asked the obvious but difficult question, "So, how was it?" After observing a few eyes-glazed-over expressions and a couple conspicuous glances down at a smartphone when I detail the improvements my community made to their queso fresco cheese, I decided to prepare this 30-second summary instead. Thanks to the US Peace Corps and to my friends in Ecuador for a very rewarding two years. Gracias a Cuerpo de Paz y mis amigos ecuatorianos por unos dos años muy gratificantes.

In this episode we take a little trip up the Guayas river to Guayaquil, the largest city in Ecuador. Due to its location, the city is right in the heart of Iguana territory, and the large reptiles have taken over one of the city's many small parks, giving it the nickname "Parque de las Iguanas."
