View from the top floor of the Hostel Chicago where I spent my last night in Ecuador. The city is situated 9200 feet above sea level, and you can tell it walking up the hills of the city. Clouds hanging in between the mountains. Got to cross the Equator heading from Atacames down to Quito.

The bar is named Cheers and sits on the beach along the Pacific Ocean. A 16oz Pilsener beer (seemed to be the national beer) in the bar is $1.50 US, pretty cheap! There is always music playing, always.

View outside/inside my room on the second floor of this hotel. Room 114 is on the beach overlooking the Pacific Ocean and was only $30 US per day, tax and breakfast included. Very nice hotel
